Este tema trata sobre cómo a veces en la vida usamos o somos usados, como si de una partida de ajedrez se tratase. También tiene ciertas implicancias que podrían referir en su momento a la guerra.

La primera parte, más melódica, es compuesta por John Anderson. La egunda, más rítmica, por Chirs Squire.

El tema está incluído inicialmente en el tercer disco de la banda británica Yes, The Yes Album, que se editó a comienzos de 1971. Marca el ingreso a la banda del guitarrista Steve Howe, y es el último, por varios años, en que tocará teclados Tony Kaye. Esta versión es la del disco en vivo Yessongs, dónde no sólo Tony Kaye ha sido sustituído por Rick Wakeman, sino que además Bill Brudford ha sido sustituído también, por Allan White.
